GENESIS ProofRelay Terms

Service: GENESIS ProofRelay MCP Verifier
Last updated: 2026-05-16
Version: 2026-05-16.v1

Service

GENESIS provides read-only checkpoint verification for non-confidential AI/API evidence bundle JSON and returns deterministic verification results.

ProofRelay may check bundle hash consistency, receipt signatures, receipt ordering, hash-chain continuity, payment-context linkage when supplied, and replayability for the submitted bundle.

Payment

Stripe Checkout is the primary self-service payment rail for ProofRelay verification credits and entitlement-backed paid verification flows.

Other agent-payment rails may be used only as compatibility or evidence contexts when separately configured; the public MCP verifier does not custody funds, escrow payments, or process payment credentials.

Customer Data

Users and agents must not submit credentials, secrets, private keys, access tokens, raw customer data, raw logs, payment credentials, source code, protected health information, financial-account information, or confidential business information unless separately agreed in writing.

The intended input is a minimized proof bundle containing hashes, receipts, and non-sensitive verification metadata.

Exclusions

ProofRelay does not provide GENESIS source-code access, private architecture review, escrow, custody, disbursement, consumer-funds movement, securities, investment, legal, tax, title, mortgage, insurance, brokerage advice, production integration services, or human review unless separately contracted.

ProofRelay does not provide uptime, availability, suitability, compliance, or model-safety guarantees beyond the verification response actually returned.

Verification Result

A passing response means the submitted bundle passed the implemented cryptographic and structural checks at the time of the request.

A passing response does not certify truth of external facts, legal compliance, property ownership, transaction validity, creditworthiness, or any off-chain or off-system condition.

Abuse And Security

GENESIS may throttle, block, reject, or investigate requests that appear abusive, automated beyond normal use, malicious, malformed, outside scope, or inconsistent with these terms.

Refunds And Credits

Paid verification credits are generally non-refundable once a verification response is delivered. If a charge is made but the service fails before returning a usable response, GENESIS may provide a retry, credit, or refund at its discretion and subject to the applicable payment processor rules.
