Scope
This notice covers business contact details and high-level workflow information voluntarily submitted through GENESIS public intake pages. It does not authorize submission of customer files, credentials, payment information, private keys, raw logs, source code, or confidential information.
Purpose
GENESIS uses submitted details to respond to the request, assess whether a scoped discussion is appropriate, protect the public service from abuse, and maintain an internal record of the request.
Sharing and access
Access is limited to GENESIS personnel and service providers needed to receive, secure, or respond to the request. GENESIS does not sell public-intake contact details.
Retention and requests
GENESIS retains contact-request records only for as long as reasonably necessary for the stated purpose, security, and recordkeeping. To ask about a request or seek deletion where applicable, contact support@genesisre.io from the submitted email address.
Controlled diligence
If GENESIS and a prospective customer, partner, or candidate proceed beyond public discussion, data handling, retention, and access requirements are established through the approved channel for that engagement.
